Cardboard Display Pedestals

Square cardboard display pedestals are lightweight yet durable display solutions for retail spaces, trade shows, events, galleries, and exhibitions. They can be used as display pedestals, presentation plinths, gallery plinths, or product display columns for showcasing products, exhibits, and brand messages.

The display pedestals are available either in plain white or with custom printing. A reinforced corrugated cardboard inner structure provides a load capacity of up to 75 kg, depending on the selected size. All pedestals are delivered flat-packed and can be assembled on site without tools.

Display Pedestals for Retail, Trade Shows and Events

The display pedestals create elevated presentation areas that draw attention to products, exhibits, or information. Various base dimensions and heights allow individual pedestals to be used on their own or combined into multi-level display arrangements.

White display pedestals can be used independently of specific campaigns or brand designs. Custom-printed pedestals can be fully integrated into a company's corporate design or the visual concept of an event, exhibition, or retail environment.

White Display Pedestals

The unprinted version is made from white paperboard. Its neutral appearance makes it ideal for changing displays and interior concepts where the focus should remain on the displayed products or exhibits.

White display pedestals can be used individually or combined in different sizes to create tiered presentation areas for products, artworks, models, or decorative objects.

Custom-Printed Display Pedestals

The printed version is manufactured using the customer's artwork. All four side panels and the top display surface can be customized with colors, graphics, images, logos, or text.

Printing is carried out using water-based digital printing on high-quality paperboard. Different artwork versions can be included within a single order, making it possible to assign unique designs to different products, brands, exhibition sections, or promotional campaigns.

Print files can be uploaded after placing the order. Layout templates are available for all standard sizes.

Construction and Load Capacity

The outer shell is made from premium paperboard. An internal insert and cross-shaped corrugated cardboard reinforcement stabilize the construction and distribute the load evenly throughout the pedestal.

When assembled correctly, the display pedestals can support loads of up to 75 kg, depending on the selected size. For particularly valuable, delicate, or high point-load exhibits, suitability should be evaluated based on the weight, contact area, and pedestal dimensions.

The display pedestals are intended for indoor use in dry environments.

Flat-Packed Delivery and Tool-Free Assembly

The display pedestals are delivered flat-packed to minimize shipping volume and storage space. Pre-scored fold lines allow for quick assembly. The insert and internal cross reinforcement are positioned inside the pedestal in just a few simple steps without the need for tools.

Flat-packed delivery is particularly beneficial for trade shows, roadshows, multi-location retail installations, and temporary events where transport and storage efficiency are important.

With careful assembly, disassembly, and dry storage, the display pedestals can be reused multiple times.

Materials and Recycling

The visible outer shell is made from FSC®-certified paperboard, while the internal reinforcement is manufactured from corrugated cardboard.

The display pedestals are PVC-free and fully recyclable. After use, all paper-based components can be disposed of through standard paper recycling systems. The printed versions are produced using water-based latex digital printing technology.

Base 220 × 220 mm: Heights 350, 550, 700 and 900 mm
Base 300 × 300 mm: Height 900 mm
Base 350 × 350 mm: Heights 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1,000 mm
Base 400 × 400 mm: Height 1,000 mm
Base 500 × 500 mm: Heights 650, 1,000 and 1,300 mm
Base 600 × 600 mm: Height 800 mm
Base 700 × 700 mm: Height 950 mm
