Shipping & Payment
1. Payment Options
The following payment options are available for deliveries within Germany:
- PayPal (including PayPal installment purchase and invoice purchase).
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
- Prepayment.
- Purchase on account. Purchase on account is available for businesses, public institutions, educational institutions, and existing customers – subject to sufficient creditworthiness. When paying by invoice, the purchase price is due 14 days after the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Delivery Time
Orders paid in advance will be shipped within the delivery time indicated on the order confirmation after receipt of payment. Otherwise, shipping will occur within the delivery time stated on the order confirmation, once all information required for order processing has been provided by the customer.
3. Logistics Partners
Delivery of the ordered items is usually carried out by GLS, but in exceptional cases may also be handled by DPD, GLS or a freight forwarder.

For deliveries to German islands, we charge a surcharge of 12.00 €. For larger packages and freight shipments where automatic calculation of the surcharge is not possible, we will gladly provide the costs upon request.

5. Transport Damage | Notification Deadlines
Shipping is at the buyer's/customer's request and risk (§ 447 BGB). The shipping companies we commission are liable for transport damage in accordance with legal regulations. To secure claims against the carrier, transport damage must be certified by the recipient on the freight document (notation and signature of the delivery person) and reported to us.
The notification deadlines for transport damage comply with legal requirements. Obvious defects must be reported immediately, hidden defects immediately after discovery.
6. Delivery Capability
In case of labor disputes, official measures, force majeure, or similar events not attributable to us that demonstrably impair our ability to deliver, the delivery time shall be extended by the duration of the disruption.
7. Note
Legal VAT is not included in our prices and will be shown separately at the legal rate on the day of invoicing. For deliveries within the European Union (EU), we do not charge VAT if you provide us with your valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) during the order process.
