1. Payment Options
The following payment options are available for deliveries within Germany:
- PayPal (including PayPal installment and invoice purchase).
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
- Prepayment.
- Purchase on account. Purchase on account is available for companies, public institutions, educational institutions, and existing customers – subject to sufficient creditworthiness. For payment by invoice, the purchase price is due 14 days after the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Delivery Time
Orders paid in advance are shipped within the delivery time stated on the order confirmation, starting from the date of payment receipt. In all other cases, shipping takes place within the delivery time stated on the order confirmation as soon as all information required for order processing has been provided by the customer.
3. Logistics Partners
Delivery of the ordered items is carried out by parcel services or freight forwarders.

For deliveries to German islands, we charge a surcharge of €12.00. For larger parcels and freight shipments where an automatic calculation of the surcharge is not possible, we will gladly provide you with the costs upon request. We reserve the right to change the shipping service provider if necessary. The calculated shipping costs remain unchanged, except for a possible island surcharge.

5. Transport Damage | Complaint Periods
Shipping is carried out at the buyer’s / client’s request and risk (§ 447 BGB). The transport companies we commission are liable for transport damage according to the statutory provisions. To secure claims against the carrier, transport damage must be certified by the recipient on the consignment note (notation and signature of the delivery driver) and reported to us.
The complaint periods for transport damage correspond to the statutory provisions. Obvious defects must be reported immediately, hidden defects immediately after discovery.
6. Delivery Capability
In the event of labor disputes, official measures, force majeure, or comparable events for which we are not responsible and which demonstrably impair our ability to deliver, the delivery period shall be extended by the duration of the hindrance.
7. Note
Statutory VAT is not included in our prices and will be shown separately at the statutory rate on the day of invoicing. For deliveries within the European Union (EU), we do not charge VAT, provided you supply us with your valid VAT identification number (USt.-IdNr. / VAT No.) when placing your order.
