Damage Report
In the event of transport damage, please always have the damage confirmed in writing by the delivery person and document it with photos. This is the only way we can file a claim with the shipping service provider or the insurance company.
To ensure prompt processing, please upload the damage photos along with your order and/or reference number and your email address.
Regarding the maximum liability for cargo damage, we refer to §431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and §23 of the ADSp.
